Bean Paste



  • 2 cups boiled haricot
  • 1 cup of strained yogurt
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper

Peel the skins of the boiled dried beans and pass them through the blender until they become puree. Add the strained yogurt, crushed garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt and spices. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated and serve.
