Milk Potatoes



  • 3 potatoes
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
For the top
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

Peel the skins off the potatoes. Chop to get medium-thick slices. Transfer to a bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper, grated garlic and spices.
Grease the baking dish with butter. Arrange the potatoes on top of each other. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
Then take it out, pour the milk on it and bake again. After adding the milk, cook for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
