Green Salad With Lentil




  • 1 cup lightly boiled green lentils
  • 1 bunch of cress or arugula
  • 1 box of maskolin salad
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pink radish
For the sauce:
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of rock salt

Wash and drain all the greens and dry them with a salad spinner. Take it in a salad bowl. Add the lentils. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Thinly slice the pink radish and add to the greens along with the tomatoes.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl, pour over the salad and serve.
