Borage Salad



  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 small bowl of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of almond kernels (roasted without oil)
  • 1 cucumber (Very thinly sliced)
  • 1 lettuce (split into leaves)
  • 250 g finely chopped borage leaves and sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt

For the sauce, mix the cheese, yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice well. Add all remaining ingredients and season with sauce.
