Borage Salad
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 small bowl of yoghurt
- 1 cup of almond kernels (roasted without oil)
- 1 cucumber (Very thinly sliced)
- 1 lettuce (split into leaves)
- 250 g finely chopped borage leaves and sprouts
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
For the sauce, mix the cheese, yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice well. Add all remaining ingredients and season with sauce.
