Fried Eggs



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt
  • 2-3 slices of cheddar cheese


After hard-boiling the eggs, peel them and cut them in half.

Melt the butter in the pan and place the eggs you cut in such a way that the inside of the eggs coincide with the butter. Sprinkle salt and seasonings on top. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese last. Serve on toasted bread.
