Crispy Onion Pomelo Salad
- 2 slices of pomelo (chopped randomly)
- 1 avocado (Sliced)
- 1 bowl of mixed microgreens
- Small piece of cottage cheese (Crumbled)
- Crispy onion (Preferably fresh red onion)
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar and salt. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
