Crispy Onion Pomelo Salad



  • 2 slices of pomelo (chopped randomly)
  • 1 avocado (Sliced)
  • 1 bowl of mixed microgreens
  • Small piece of cottage cheese (Crumbled)
  • Crispy onion (Preferably fresh red onion)
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar and salt. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
