Probiotic Yogurt

  • Probiotic yogurt yeast
  • Pasteurized Milk/ raw milk (Approx. 2 liters)
  • Poppy

First, put the milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

After the milk boils, it is cooled to 40 degrees at room temperature.

Yeast is added to the milk that has come to the appropriate temperature and mixed.

Then, optionally, poppy seeds are added and mixed.

The pot is covered with thick covers such as quilts and blankets and left to rest for 8 hours to ferment.

Fermentation time may be longer in winter.

After the fermentation process, probiotic yogurt can be consumed with pleasure.
