Avocado Cream Chocolate
- 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3-4 tablespoons of molasses
- ½ cup of vegetable milk or water
Blend the hazelnuts in a blender until they have a creamy consistency. But don't forget to stop occasionally.
If you wish, you can add milk for easy consistency.
Add the other ingredients and continue to run the blender until the mixture is smooth.
You can increase or decrease the amount of molasses by tasting it in between.
Slice the banana, raspberry or any fruit you want at the bottom of the serving bowl and pour the avocado cream on it.
After resting in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, serve.
