Keto Oat Custard



  • 4 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Put the oats and milk in the sauce pan and cook on low heat.
Mix until it reaches the consistency of custard and then turn off the stove.
Then add cinnamon, honey and cocoa into the mixture and mix.
Lastly, mash the banana and add it to it.
Put it in bowls and wait for it to cool.
Meanwhile, roughly chop 1 handful of almonds and serve.
