COLOR SALAD WITH SPINACH



  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 2 carrots
  • half purple cabbage

FOR SAUCE

  • 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • enough salt

FOR THE TOP

  • 1 diced pomegranate

Wash and dry the spinach and chop coarsely. Take it on a serving plate and add grated carrots and finely chopped purple cabbage on it. Whisk all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Drizzle over the salad and mix. Sprinkle with pomegranate and serve.
