Yellow Green Rice


  • 1 cup of baldo rice
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons of hazelnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of peas
  • 1 teaspoon of corn
  • 10 sprigs of dill

Soak the rice in hot water until the water cools down. Then wash and drain several times. Heat the butter and hazelnut oil in the pan where you will cook the rice. Add the rice and fry it. Add 1.5 cups of hot water, peas and corn. Bring a pot to a boil and turn down the fire. Cook the rice until the water evaporates. Remove from the stove, add the chopped dill

Serve after 5 minutes.
