Keto Roasted Spinach with Mushrooms







Let's wash the spinach in plenty of water until it goes to the sand. Then boil it for 1-2 minutes in plenty of boiling water and throw it into cold water.

Let's fry the onions that we cut into cubes in the pan. Let's add the capia peppers, mushrooms and tomato paste that we cut into small pieces on the roasted onions and continue cooking.

Let's throw the spinach and continue cooking for 7-8 minutes. You can take it from the stove and serve it with your desired meat, chicken, fish dishes or alone.
