Diet Plate with Omelet


  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive paste

Crack the eggs and cook them in butter like an omelet. Toast the bread and spread tomato paste and olive paste on it and place it on the omelet. Cook the bacon in the pan where you cooked the omelet for about a minute or two. Put the other bread on the omelet. Prepare the diet plate.
