Diet Oatmeal Cheese Omelet



  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of oatmeal
  • 1 matchbox size white cheese
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of butter


First, you need to put the oat bran in the bowl, add the egg on top and whisk it well. Then crumble the white cheese and add the salt and mix.
