Cabbage Salad with Lemon & Parsley



1 medium cabbage,
• 4 green onions,
• ½ bunch of parsley, chopped,
• 1 glass of homemade mayonnaise,
• 1.5 tablespoons of honey,
• 6 tablespoons of lemon juice,
• sea salt and pepper to taste


First, start by cutting the cabbage into thin strips. Then chop the green onions like cabbages. Combine cabbage, parsley and finely chopped green onions in a deep bowl. Greens are a great choice for lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.

Then mix the homemade mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice well in a small bowl. If you wish, sprinkle some salt and pepper, mix a little more and pour over the vegetable mixtures.

This lemon and parsley coleslaw takes just a few minutes to prepare, and the result is well worth it!
