Tomato paste

 


  • 250 g red onion
  • 500 g mixed color tomatoes
  • 1 fresh red pepper
  • 75 ml vinegar
  • 140 g brown sugar

Thinly slice the onions and put the roughly chopped tomatoes and the sliced ​​peppers in a saucepan. Then put the sugar and other ingredients in the pot.
Mix and cook on the stove top to let the ingredients taste and blend.
Then boil for 30 to 40 minutes.
Then pour it into a sterilized jar and let it cool. It can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 4 weeks.
