NIGHT SNACK WITH HONEY & OATMEAL

 




  • 100 g oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 150 ml of oat milk (you can also use other plant-based milks: almond milk, coconut milk)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Then make two jars, store in an airtight container. Keep the prepared containers in the refrigerator overnight. For breakfast in the morning, add any fruit of your choice and consume with pleasure.
