Chicken Salad with Pineapple and Sage
- 1/2 cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 teaspoons of parsley
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon of pineapple
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
Blend the chicken breast in a food processor or blender. Finely chop the next seven ingredients and combine with the chicken, salt and mayonnaise.
