Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup i.e. 200 ml brown rice milk (I like brown rice milk as it is naturally sweet, but you can use any other plant-based milk as well)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 large handful of spinach (50g)
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp protein

Start by peeling and slicing the banana and freeze it for about two hours or overnight. After the banana is frozen, put the banana and other ingredients in a blender and mix until all are homogeneous.
