Sugar-free tiramisu
for the base
- 1 cup of dried mulberry
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Filter coffee
- Fruits you wish
For the sauce;
- strained yogurt
- honey
- dark chocolate
- Cream cheese
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Make a powder with 1 cup of coffee grinder, then add 3 bananas and pass them through the blender.
Put 1 glass of whole wheat flour and 1 packet of baking powder into the mixing bowl, add the fruits you have blended and mix.
Then add 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and start whisking with a wooden spoon.
After 35-40 minutes, your cake is ready. Drizzle filter coffee over the cake.
For the sauce; Whisk strained yogurt, honey, dark chocolate and labneh in a deep bowl
Divide the tiramisu base in half and pour the mixture.
