Roasted Garlic Potato Soup
- 6 potatoes,
- 1 large red or onion,
- 1 tablespoon of oil,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- 6 cups of vegetable broth,
- 1 glass of water
First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop the potatoes and put them in the boiling water in the pot and boil them until they are soft.
Heat oil in a pan, slice the garlic and fry for a few minutes in the pan.

Then take the vegetable broth and water in a pot and take the mixture in the rondo into the pot.
Turn the bottom of the pan on medium heat and stir until well mixed, then reduce the bottom of the pan and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
