An amazing green detox
- 1 onion
- 2 zucchini
- 200 grams of broccoli (must have 3-4 flower parts)
- 5-6 sprigs of dill
- 5-6 sprigs of parsley
- 1 nut-sized piece of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin and cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- 1 liter of water
Saute onions and spices in olive oil for 1 minute. Then add the chopped zucchini, broccoli and ginger. Add water after turning it a few times. Let it boil. When the zucchini softens, add the dill and parsley. And finally, run your soup through the blender. That's how easy it is… You can easily consume it once a week…
