Vegetable Cucumber Rolls




  • Capia Pepper (0.5 Pieces)
  • Lemon (0.5 Pieces)
  • Scallion (2 Branches)
  • Celery Stalk (1 Piece)
  • Cucumber (4 units)
  • Carrot (0.5 Pieces)
  • Bell Pepper (1 Piece)


Let's chop the capia pepper, green onion, carrot, yellow pepper, and celery stalk julienne.

Cut the cucumber into thin long strips with the help of a peeler.

Let's mix the vegetables and add them into the cucumber strips in a balanced way.

Let's roll each one and fasten it with a toothpick. Serve with a squeeze of lemon. If you want, you can throw sesame on it.
