Omelette Waffles



  • Black pepper (1 Teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 Teaspoon)
  • Egg (3 pieces)
  • Parsley (3 )
  • Salami (2 Slices)
  • Cheddar cheese (1 Cup of Water)

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, then mix finely chopped salami, grated cheddar and chopped parsley.

You can use a skillet or a waffle maker. We pour a few drops of oil and pour the egg mixture. If we are using a waffle maker, we can press and shape a thin slice of bread before pouring the mixture, then place it in the machine and pour the omelet mixture on it.

Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until light golden and fluffy. We serve immediately.
