Fish Stew


  • 2 bonitos
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato paste
  • 2 onions
  • 2 teaspoons of mint
  • 4 cloves of garlic

 

First, finely chop the onions. Finely chop the garlic.

Put olive oil in the pan and heat it.

Make sure to remove the bones of the acorns.

When the oil starts to heat up, add the onion and garlic and fry until they turn pink.

Add the boneless bonitos on top of the onions and fry them.

Then add tomato paste and mint and continue mixing.

Add water to cover the food and cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve the fish stew you have prepared by adding the juice of one lemon and parsley.
