Sugar-Free Lemonade

 


  •  juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 pinch of stevia leaves
  • 1 cup (200ml) of water
  • lots of ice.

Stevia leaf is a sugar-tasting plant that does not raise blood sugar. I used stevia leaves instead of sugar in all recipes. Boil the stevia herb in 1/2 cup of water. Let it steep for 5 minutes (if you like your lemonade sweeter, you can increase the amount of stevia). Wait for it to cool.

Put all the ingredients in a glass and mix.
