Gazpacho With Tomatoes & Roasted Peppers
- 2 cups peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups peeled and chopped roasted capia pepper
- 1 cup peeled and chopped almond cucumber
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- fresh peas
- blue poppy
- Sesame
Pass the tomatoes, roasted peppers and cucumbers through the robot. Add salt and seasonings of your choice and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
Divide into serving bowls and garnish with a good quality olive oil, fresh peas and spices.
