Diet Brussels Sprouts with Olive Oil

 


  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ onion
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 3 glasses of hot water
  • ½ teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Chopped onions are fried in heated olive oil until they turn yellow. When the onions turn yellow, add finely chopped carrots and fry for another 5 minutes. Salt and honey are added along with the cabbages and mixed a little more. Hot water is added and served when the vegetables are soft.
