Chicken and Vegetable Noodles

 

  • 4 packs of noodles
  • 4 broccoli
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

First, put the noodle in the pot and add water to cover it.

Boil the noodles in a pot for 6-7 minutes, drain the water and keep it aside.

Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into cubes.

Put olive oil in the pan and fry the chicken in oil.

After slicing the broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and peppers well, add them to the chicken and continue to fry.

Then add soy sauce, a little salt and vinegar and mix.

Add the boiled noodles on the chicken. Fry together for 5 minutes.
